Quality of Service Guarantee

The staff members at Diamond Discs International are technically trainedto ensure accurate recommendations for your specific cutting requirements. We stand by these recommendations by offering the guarantee that if any one of our products does not meet your expectations, it can replaced or returned for a full refund.

1. TERMS

A) Unless otherwise expressly stated, payment is due within thirty days of shipment. We operate a FFA-10/30, customers who make payment within ten days of receipt have their freight bill deducted, otherwise, the full payment is due 30 days from invoice date.

B) If the purchaser shall fail to make payment in full in accordance with sub-paragraph (1A) of this condition then (without prejudice to any other rights of the company): 
     i) The company is entitled to suspend all or any other deliveries to be made under that or any other contract. 
     ii) Instead of suspension in accordance with paragraph (i) above, the company shall be entitled to terminate the relevant contract or any other contract with the Purchaser for breach.

C) The company shall retain title to goods sold until payment is satisfactorily completed.

2. FREIGHT

A) F.O.B (Freight on Bill) shipping point (West Allis, WI). Freight charges shall be in accordance with Diamond Discs International, Inc freight schedule. All shipments are made via Federal Express or UPS. On COD shipments, payment shall be made by company or personal check unless otherwise instructed by the company.

B) While the company will use all reasonable endeavors to keep any dispatch or delivery date, it accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage resulting from delay for any reason.

C) The property and risk in the machine equipment sold shall pass to the purchaser upon its delivery to the purchaser in accordance with the contract. In the case of short or damaged delivery the purchaser gives the company a reasonable opportunity to inspect the machine or equipment concerned in the state and location in which it was delivered.

3. RETURNED MERCHANDISE

Our customer service department must be contacted for approval to return merchandise. Merchandise will not be accepted without a return goods authorization number. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid to Diamond Discs International, Inc. All returned merchandise must have been purchased within the previous six months and be in resalable condition. A restocking charge of 15% may be charged.

4. WARRANTY

Diamond Discs International, Inc warrants all products manufactured by it against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one year from the date of shipment to the customer. The responsibility of Diamond Discs International, Inc is limited to replacement or repair of defective parts at the Diamond Discs International, Inc headquarters in West Allis, WI.  In no event shall Diamond Discs International, Inc be liable for consequential damages arising out of failure of any product if operated improperly. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages resulting from operator abuse. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

5. PRICES

A) Sales Tax will be added to all sales made in the state of Wisconsin. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to handle all other taxes as required by the laws in your state.

B) The price stated is the net price of the machine or equipment (after deduction of discounts where applicable).

C) The company is entitled, without prior notice, to adjust the price stated to take into account of any change made at the request of the purchaser. These changes may include, but are not limited to, any alteration before the date of the delivery in the cost to the company of labor materials sub-contracted services or transport which directly affects the cost to the company of manufacturing or supplying the machine or equipment.

6. MERCHANDISING

List prices, terms and discounts are subject to change without notice. Diamond Discs International, Inc reserves the right to reject any orders before shipment.

7. SAMPLES

All blades given to salespersons are for presentation purposes or for resale. Diamond Discs International, Inc does not provide trial of sample blades unless otherwise stated on an invoice. All salespersons are responsible for payment or return of all blades provided to them.

8. SPECIFICATIONS & DESCRIPTION

All specification and description of machines and equipment in pamphlets, tariffs and other documents are approximate and intended to serve merely as a guide and, accordingly, the company shall not be liable for their accuracy and shall be entitled without prior notice to alter any particulars not expressly stipulated in the relevant contract
